  • Shipping Method:
    All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post (India Post). We only work with trusted logistics partners to ensure secure and prompt deliveries.

  • Dispatch Timeline:
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment, unless a different delivery timeline has been communicated at the time of purchase. The actual delivery date may vary based on the destination and the policies of the courier company or postal service.

  • Delivery Address:
    Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure the address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.

  • Delivery Confirmation:
    Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the registered email address used during purchase. This will include tracking information (if available), so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Delays & Liability:
    Vivaan Garments and its Platform Owner will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping Charges:
    If shipping charges are applicable to your order, they will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns or cancellations.


 

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in offering top-quality products with transparent policies. Due to the nature of our garments and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

  1. No Cancellation / No Return / No Exchange
    Once an order has been successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before confirming your order.

  2. No Refund Policy
    We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Payments once made are final and non-refundable.

  3. Strict Quality Checks
    Our team follows a stringent quality control process. Every article is carefully inspected, ironed, and securely packed to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. In rare cases where damage may occur during shipping, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence.

  4. Size Accuracy
    We follow a standard size chart for all our suits and garments. Customers are requested to refer to the size guide carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for issues due to incorrect size selection by the buyer.

  5. Custom Orders / Made-to-Order Pieces
    In the case of custom-stitched or made-to-order products (if applicable), returns and exchanges will not be entertained under any circumstances, as these items are specially crafted to your preferences.
