Overview
At Vivaan Garments (vivaangarments.com), we use Razorpay as our trusted payment gateway partner to provide secure and convenient online payment options. Razorpay enables us to accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
Payment Gateway Partner
All payment-related transactions are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers.
Accepted Payment Methods
Razorpay enables you to pay using:
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Rupay)
Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.)
Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation from Razorpay and Vivaan Garments. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@vivaangarments.com with your transaction ID.
Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails and your account is debited:
The debited amount will be refunded automatically by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Vivaan Garments is not liable for any delays caused by banking or technical issues beyond our control.
Refunds and Cancellations
All refund requests will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the order was cancelled before dispatch.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you raise a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, Razorpay and Vivaan Garments will cooperate fully to resolve the matter. However, misuse of chargeback procedures may result in suspension of your account and denial of future services.
Security & Encryption
All transactions via Razorpay are protected with:
SSL encryption
PCI-DSS compliance
Tokenization where applicable
We do not collect or store your card details on our site. Razorpay handles all sensitive information securely.
GST and Invoicing
Invoices including GST (if applicable) are issued for all Razorpay-processed payments and are available in your order confirmation email or by request.
Limitation of Liability
Vivaan Garments is not responsible for:
Payment gateway downtime or service interruptions.
Any third-party fraudulent activity involving Razorpay or other platforms.
Delays caused due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer.
Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Razorpay terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Please check this page periodically for updates.
